When I got my bluetooth it came with a dead energizer battery. I had to go and buy a battery for it. As far as the quality, it is average. It didn't fit comfortably on my ear and it's kind of bulky somewhat. I didn't receive a gray one, instead I got a white bluetooth. Not a really big deal but to some it might matter. As far as sound goes when I am talking to someone it tends to make a noise at times that I can't hear but the people on the other side have let me know about. In this case you get what you pay for. By the way, it didn't wanna attach itself to my phone either at first, until I called customer service. They let me know that I had to hold down the button for several seconds until it stayed lit, once it did that it paired with my phone. This H300 is ok for a standby, but personally I'm going to invest in a better bluetooth.
